摘要
本文建议将修订后的钢结构设计规范划分为两个部分,第一部分是规范的正文,第二部分是与规范正文对应的条文说明。本文建议需建立统一的钢构件和连接的承载力表达式;建立包括单轴对称截面轴心受压构件弯扭屈曲换算长细比在内的、统一的轴心受压构件的柱曲线;建立统一的受弯构件弯扭屈曲临界弯矩的计算方法。最好为框架结构设计单独建立一章。
This paper recommends that the revisions on "Code for Design for Design of Steel Structures GB 50017-2003" can be divided into two parts: the first part is the code body and the second part is the explanations of the clauses corresponding to the body. This paper recommends that it is necessary to develop unified ultimate strength capacity expressions for steel members and connections,to establish the column curves of axially loaded compression members including the equivalent slenderness ratio for flexural-torsional buckling of axial compression columns and the calculating method of the flexural-torsional buckling critical moment of beams. It is better to develop a new chapter for framed structural design.
