摘要 本文简要介绍了空心钢管混凝土结构设计规程的编制背景、空心钢管混凝土的特点和现有国内已有的设计规程。目前工程中采用的空心钢管混凝土构件的截面形式,已由圆形发展到多边形、正方形和矩形。因而现有《薄壁离心钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(DL/T 5030-1996)已不能满足要求,需制订新规程。介绍了《空心钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS 254∶2009)的主要内容。采用了"钢管混凝土统一理论"提出的统一设计公式,以满足新规程需设计各种对称截面的要求。简要介绍了空心钢管混凝土构件轴压、抗拉、抗剪、抗扭、抗弯和复杂应力状态下的计算,以及常用的节点设计与构件的加工制作。最后,附一些设计算例,供参考。 This paper briefly introduces the background of drawing up "Hollow Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Structures (HCFST) design code",the character of HCFST and current existing design codes in China. In recent years,various cross-sections of members are adopted,including circular,polygonal,square and rectangular. So the current code "Technical code on the centrifugal concrete filled thin-wall steel tubular structures (DL/T 5030-1996)" cannot satisfy the practice request and the new code should be drawn up. The paper then introduces the main content of "Technical Specification of Hollow Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Structures (HCFST)" CECS 254∶2009,which uses the unified design formulations based on "the Unified Theory of CFST" in order to meet the various cross sections of members. The calculation of axial compression,tension,torsion,bending and complex stress state of HCFST members is also introduced along with the design of common connection and processing/manufacturing. Finally some design examples are presented for reference.
