随着国内外政治、治安局势的不断变化,警用地理信息系统的建设成为提升公安机关依法履行职能的重要手段。本文简要介绍了建设警用地理信息系统的基本内容,以及系统建设所采用的几项关键技术。

With the changing of foreign and domestic political and security situation; the geographic in- formation system construction becomes the important mean for promoting Public Security organs＇capability. This paper introduces the basic content of police geographic information system construction, and several key techniques accepting by system construction.
