摘要
本文设计了一种工业退火炉温度控制系统,针对连续燃烧和继电控制方式的缺点,采用PLC作为控制器,应用神经网络PID控制策略,提高了温度控制的精度和系统运行的可靠性。
For the shortcomings of continuous combustion and relay control mode, this paper designs a kind of industrial furnace temperature control system, using PLC as the controller, and using NNPID as the con- trol strategy. It can simplify the combustion control and temperature control systems greatly, and significantly improved the precision of temperature control.
