摘要
广州国际体育演艺中心体育馆屋盖为大跨度双向主次平面型钢桁架体系,屋盖通过铸钢球铰支座固定于32个巨大的钢筋混凝土柱顶。考虑施工环境,确定了施工方案,规划了施工场地,采用支撑塔架、场内拼装桁架、整体卸载等技术和方案,安装实际效果理想,达到了预期目标。
Gymnasium roof of Guangzhou International Sports and Entertainment Center adopts large-span bidirectional primary-secondary plane steel truss system and it is fixed onto the tops of 32 huge reinforced concrete columns by using cast-steel ball hinge bearing. Considering the construction conditions, construction scheme is determined and construction site is planned. With adoption of various technologies and schemes, such as supporting tower, on-site truss assembly and integral unloading, etc., practical effect of installation is ideal and desired target has been reached.
