摘要
广州国际体育演艺中心是2010年广州亚运会的重点场馆工程,其规模大,工期紧,构造复杂,专业分包(土建、钢结构、屋面、机电、消防、照明、幕墙、装修、室外工程等)众多,交叉作业多,且由两家集团跨地域联合施工,工程资料编制和收集整理难度大。总承包部制定并实施了一系列严谨完善、切实可行的工程资料管理措施,满足了创优工程的需要。
Guangzhou International Sports and Entertainment Center is an important gymnasium engineering of Guangzhou Asian Games 2010, with large scale, tight construction schedule, complex structure, a large number of discipline subcontracts （such as civil construction, steel structure, roof, electromechanical, firefight- ing, lighting, curtain wall, decoration and outdoor engineering, etc.）, multiple cross works and joint construc- tion by two group companies at different areas. So there are great difficulties in establishment, collection and management of engineering data. General contract department established and implemented a series of precise, complete and feasible engineering data management measures, and the requirements of excellence-creating engineering are satisfied.
