According to the new planning, the 7-storey general building adopting frame structure in an academy will be displaced as a whole. Considering that the general building is long and it will be displaced longitudinally, the safe engineering construction is guaranteed by adopting a series of measures, such as special foundation design, force application system of "pull at the front and push at the back, apply force along the full length", strict control on settlement difference, effective synchronous monitor and vibration-proof measure.
