摘要
由于青藏高原冻土区一些河水中的矿物盐含量较高,普通配合比已经不能满足设计及规范要求,掺用外加剂是解决这一问题的主要手段。该文以青海省柴达尔至木里地方铁路DT6标段为例,简述了低温早强抗冻融耐腐蚀混凝土中使用的外加剂的选择和试验过程,并通过钢筋锈蚀、氯离子含量、硫酸钠含量、水泥净浆流动度以及减水率、含气量和抗压强度比等试验,选定了适合高寒地区施工的高效低温耐腐蚀外加剂。实践表明,在特殊地域或具有特殊要求的混凝土施工时,掺加合适的外加剂,施工效果良好。外加剂的掺入,提高了混凝土抗冻性、耐腐蚀性等性能,满足了设计及相关规范的要求。
In the frozen earth area of Qinghai-xizang plateau,it is a main measure to use the admixture in concrete construction to solve the problems caused by the high mineral salt content in river water of the area.Taking DT6 tender section of Caida'er-Muli railway for example,the choice and experiment about the admixture of the low-temperature and early strength concrete with frost resistance and corrosion resistance are discussed and summarized here,and through a series of tests,the corrosion-resistant admixture with high efficiency and low temperature is selected which is suitable for concrete construction in a high-cold area.The engineering practices show that the utilization of a suitable admixture in special concrete construction could raise the frost resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete,and could meet the needs of the design and relative standards.
