桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥施工动态过程仿真与监控 被引量:2

摘要 由于桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥的拱肋同时具有拱桥和桁架截面的特点而得到广泛应用,针对其特点,提出采用整体计算模式对其施工过程进行仿真分析和监控,即将离散的腹杆模拟成连续化的"拟腹板",进行腹杆系剪切变形对桁架抗弯刚度折减系数计算公式的推导,并对某桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥的施工过程进行动态仿真分析,进而对其施工过程进行监控。得到了拱肋整体刚度计算公式,以及钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋混凝土收缩、徐变计算的系数取值范围等参数。实测结果表明,该桁架式钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋应力、拱肋竖向位移控制的精度较高,且受控变量的量值在施工过程中变化的趋势始终与理论值相一致,表明了该文方法的可靠性。 According to the characteristics of truss concrete-filled steel-tubular arch bridges,a simplified analysis model is presented here for long-span truss concrete-filled steel-tubular arch bridges,the formula of reduction coefficient for calculating the bending stiffness of the truss arch is derived,at the same time the mechanic behaviors in dynamic construction process of a truss concretefilled steel-tubular arch bridge are imitated.The calculated results obtained from the simplified model are in good agreement with those from the truss model. The construction process of the truss concrete-filled steel-tubular arch bridge is well controlled.In addition,the method for dealing with the effect of temperature and the factors for calculating the shrink and creep of structures are given out.The experimental results show that the proposed method and technique are reliable.
