摘要
大体积混凝土结构在港口工程中应用非常普遍,研究大体积混凝土施工期温度场的产生、变化及分布机理,对大体积混凝土结构的安全运行具有重要作用。该文对某坞口坞墩混凝土施工期温度场进行原型观测,采用ANSYS软件完成对坞墩混凝土施工期温度场进行仿真分析,并将仿真与实测结果进行对比。结果表明,该坞墩在施工的第40 h^60 h,其后随着水泥水化热逐渐消散,温度逐渐下降;坞墩施工期最高温度为39.8°C,位置在坞墩内部分层施工的第6层,时间为施工期的第2.6 d;仿真分析与实测结果基本符合。大体积混凝土结构在施工期温度场的特点及变化规律适用于分层施工温控方案。
It is very important for safety operation to study the producing,variation and distribution mechanism of temperature field during construction period of the mass concrete.The real-time temperature of the dock block of a dock port during construction period is monitored,which provides the foundation for understanding the variations of hydration heat and temperature.Using ANSYS,the simulation analysis of the temperature field is made and the variations of temperature field are derived,meanwhile the comparison is made for the results between calculating and testing.
