松龄血脉康治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病高脂血症的疗效观察

Effects of Songling Xuemaikang in Treating Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus with Hyperlipemia

６３例Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均口服达美康或美吡达控制血糖。治疗组则加用松龄血脉康，１次３粒，口服，每日３次，两组疗程均为５周。结果治疗组总有效率８６．８％，对照组总有效率４４．４％，两组疗效比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗前后血脂比较，治疗组ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＨＤＬ－Ｃ上升（Ｐ＜０．０５）。对照组ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ变化无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：松龄血脉康具有调节脂肪代谢的作用。

Sixty_three cases of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(i.e., NIDDM) with hyperlipemia were randomly allocated to two groups:the treatment group and the control group. Diamcon or Minidiab was taken orally in the two groups with a five_week course to control the blood sugar, and Songling Xuemaikang was added in the treatment group(3 tablets each time,P.O., three times a day).The results showed that the total effective rates were 86.8% and 44.4% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, the difference being significant(P<0.01).After treatment, TC, TG, LDL_C decreased significantly(P<0.01)and HDL_C increased(P<0.05)in the treatment group;while the above indexes showed no changes in the control group(P>0.05).It is concluded that Songling Xuemaikang has the effect of regulating the metabolism of blood lipid and exerts no side effects,and may be helpful for preventing and treating the complications of diabetes and improving its prognosis.
