不同生长期玉竹中多糖含量变化的比较研究

Change of Polysaccharides' Content in Rhizoma Polygonati

目的考察与确定玉竹药材的最佳采收时期。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定玉竹药材中多糖的含量。结果玉竹多糖在0.021708～0.21708mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为97.77%,RSD=1.21%。结论 3年生玉竹中多糖的含量明显高于2年生玉竹,10月中旬为3年生栽培玉竹的最佳采收时期。

Objective To research and determine the best harvest time of Rhizoma Polygonati.Methods To determine the content of Rhizoma Polygonati polysaccharides by ultraviolet visible Spectrophotography.Results There is a good linear relationship between Rhizoma Polygonati polysaccharides in the range of 0.021708～0.21708 mg/mL,and average recovery rate is 97.77% （r=0.999 6） with 1.21% of RSD.Conclusion The content of triennial Rhizoma Polygonati polysaccharides is obviously higher than that of the biennial one,and the best harvest time of the triennial cultivated Rhizoma Polygonati is at the middle of October.
