桃红四物汤对痛经模型小鼠干预作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨桃红四物汤对痛经模型小鼠的干预作用。方法采用乙烯雌酚结合缩宫素致小鼠痛经模型对桃红四物汤各提取部位进行药效筛选。将药效显著部位进行量效关系研究。结果桃红四物汤醇提部位以及醇提物中的石油醚部位对痛经模型小鼠有明显的延长潜伏期及抑制疼痛作用。结论石油醚部位是桃红四物汤抑制痛经模型小鼠的药效显著部位。 Objective To study the active part of Taohong Siwu Decoction (THSWD) for intervention dysmenorrheal effect in model mice.Methods Screening the effective extracted parts from THSWD in dysmenorrheal mice mode which induced by estradiol and oxytocin.Then investigate the dose-effect relationship of the active part.Results The length of latent period and analgesic effect of ethanol suspension and subdivision sites of ethanol suspension from THSWT are different from that of blank control.The petroleum ether extracts is one of the most effective parts.Conclusion The lip soluble component from THSWD is the active part.
