北苍术炮制前后挥发油部位保肝作用比较研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较生苍术及麸炒苍术挥发油部位的保肝作用。方法提取制备生苍术和麸炒苍术挥发油;采用四氯化碳(CCl4)复制急性肝损伤模型,观察不同组别药物对小鼠血清转氨酶以及摄食量、饮水量、体重、肝、肾、脾、胸腺等脏器系数的影响。结果麸炒苍术挥发油组能显著降低小鼠血清AST和ALT水平。结论麸炒苍术挥发油部位的保肝作用强于生苍术。 Objective To compare the difference of protecting-liver effect between crude Cangzhu and processed Cangzhu.Methods The volatile oil of crude Cangzhu and processed Cangzhu were extracted separately.Liver injury model was made by CCl4 and food consumption,water consumption,body weight,some organ indexes (liver,kidney,spleen,thymus),ALT,AST in serum were detected separately.Results Processed Cangzhu could decrease the contents of AST and ALT in serum.Conclusion The protecting-liver effect of volatile oil of processed Cangzhu was better than that of crude Cangzhu.
