正交试验法优选大飞扬浸膏及总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选大飞扬浸膏及总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验,考察了溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间对大飞扬浸膏,及总黄酮的提取量的影响。结果总黄酮最佳提取工艺为A1B3C1,即70%乙醇,10倍量溶剂,回流提取两次,每次0.5h;浸膏的最佳提取工艺条件为A1B2C1,即70%乙醇,8倍量溶剂,回流提取两次,每次0.5h。实验结果表明:按A1B3C1总黄酮溶出量可达38.98mg·g-1,按A1B2C1浸膏得率可达211.9mg·g-1。结论本结果为大飞扬浸膏及总黄酮提取条件的优化提供了依据。 Objective To study extracting technology of extract weight and Flavonoids in E.hirta by the orthogonal design.Methods The contents of extract weight and Flavonoids were used as estimated indexes.The extraction process of E.hirta was studied by the orthogonal design.Results The optimum extraction technology of flavonoids and extract weight were A1B3C1 and A1B2C1.It was as follows: with 70 % alcohol extracting for 2 times,with the solvent volume of 10,8 folds amount and reflux twice for 0.5 hours each time .The extraction rate was flavouoids of 38.98 mg·g-1 and extract of 211.9 mg·g-1.Conclusion The result show ed that solvent volume and concentration of ethanol both have obvious influences for the experimental results(P0.05).But the influence of extracting time is not obvious(P0.05).
