摘要
目的研究超滤对阿魏酸适应性。方法采用pH值、温度、药液浓度及超滤膜截留分子量为4个因素进行正交设计,测定超滤前后药液成分的浓度,计算透过率,分析阿魏酸在超滤前后的含量变化。结果温度、pH值、药液浓度和超滤膜截留分子量4个因素对阿魏酸透过率无显著影响。结论超滤工艺对阿魏酸化学成分有很好的适应性。
Objective To study adaptability of ultrafiltration of ferulaic acid.Methods The content of ferulaic acid was selected as detecting indicator.Temperature,pH,concentration and cut off molecular weight (MWCO) of ultraf iltration membrane were selected as factors for orthogonal design method,the concentration was determinated before and after using the ultrafi ltration,and the transmittance was calculated to detect the content variation of ferulaic acid.Results Ferulaic acid had high transmittance.Each factor had no signifi cant influence.Conclusion Ultrafi ltration technology has a good adaptability to chemical constituent of ferulaic acid.
