Determination of the Baicalin Content in Biyanling Capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎灵胶囊中黄芩苷的含量方法。方法高效液相色谱法测定,Symmetry C18(3.9mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(47:52:1),流速1.0mL·min-1,进样量20μL,检测波长280nm,外标法定量。结果样品中黄芩苷含量测定线性范围为0.346～1.73μg(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率98.96%,RSD为2.40%(n=5)。结论含量测定方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂中黄芩苷的质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the content determination of baicalin in Biyanling capsules.Methods RP- HPLD was used on Symmetry C18 column（3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm）with methanol- watwr-glacial acetic acid（47：52：1） as mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm .The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.Results The linear range of baicalin was in the range of 0.346~1.73 μg（ r = 0.999 7） with average recovery rate of 98.96 % （RSD=2.40 %,n=5）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of baicalin in Biyanling capsules.
