摘要
高校发展依赖于人才队伍建设,而干部队伍建设又是高校人才队伍建设中的关键。本文从社会角色理论的视角出发,研究了社会与社会角色的新内涵,高校干部角色扮演的新要求,高校干部角色规范的新要求,高校干部角色意识的新要求,高校干部角色转换的新条件,指出高校干部是高校发展的指路人、领路人、探路人、护路人,高校干部要更加坚定信念,树立远大理想,要更加爱岗敬业,钻研管理工作,要更加善于学习,不断学习,要更加适应环境、改造环境。这是推动高校科学发展的现实需要,也是办人民满意教育的需要。
The substantial development of universities depends on the professional personnel,among whom the management staff is in the core position.Based on the theories of social roles,the paper has discussed about the building of university management staff from such aspects as the meaning of social roles,the roles the management staff playing in their work and life,the four role awareness that the university management staff should increase-the role of giving directions,of leading the mass,of exploring the development,and of guarding the development.The paper has also pointed out the dos and don'ts for the management staff in universities in their role shifting,which the author thinks important to meet the needs of promoting a substantial development for running the universities in a way that satisfactory to people.
