磷酸催化水解柞蚕丝制备柞蚕丝素粉 被引量:4

摘要 研究了利用磷酸水解柞蚕丝制取柞蚕丝素粉的最佳条件。将磷酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度和浴比作为试验因素,经四因素三水平正交试验,确定了水解柞蚕丝制备蚕丝素粉的最佳条件:磷酸浓度9mol/L,温度90℃,时间1.5h,浴比1:10。且所制得的产品具有多孔结构,可以经过改性作为合成分子筛的模板剂。 This paper reaserchs the best conditions of preparation of fibroin powder by phosphoric acid hydrolysis methord. Considered the phosphoric acid concentration, the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the bath ratio, the optimum hydrolysis conditions was determined by orthogonal experiments: phosphoric acid concentration 9mol/L, temperature90℃, time1. 5h, bath ratio1:10. In addition, the products obtained the porous structure, and may be apllied to template for synthetising zeolite as long as being modified.
