Application of 360° Assessment in performance appraisal of teachers from middle school and primary school

提高中小学教师的教育教学质量才能建设良好的基础教育,而如何才能保证较高水平的教育教学质量。笔者认为,对中小学教师的教育教学业绩科学地进行量化,完善出一套科学合理的教师绩效考核系统是最有效的途径与措施之一。因此,本文通过调查分析研究,提出了一套适合中小学教师的360度绩效考核系统功能设计方案,做一次积极有益的尝试。

Good basic education depends on the improvement of teaching and educational qualities of teachers from middle school and primary school. To guarantee a high level of the above qualities.it is effective to set up a reasonable and scientific system to assess teacher＇s performance. Hence, by a careful analysis and investigation, 360° Assessment system is designed for teachers from middle school and primary school.which should an active and benficial attempt.
