摘要
高职体育教学中影响师生关系的因素包括情感因素、地位差别因素、利益追逐因素以及交往时间因素。并提出了促进师生关系的具体措施:教师要尊重学生的主体地位;爱岗敬业,关心并爱护学生;关注学生的学习过程;更好地"贴近"学生,做学生的良师益友等。
Factors that affect teacher-student relationship in physical education in higher vocational colleges,include emotional factors,factors of status differences,factors of pursuing interests and the time of interaction.And therefore concrete measures to promote teacher-student relationship are put forward that teachers should respect the dominant position of the students,love and care for students,pay attention to students' learning process,be better "close to" students and a good mentor and so on.
