科学发展观是在新时期新形势下提出的发展理念,具有科学性和前瞻性。将科学发展观运用到民族高校艺术教育中具有十分重要的意义。本文主要论述了科学发展观的内涵,并结合西南民族大学艺术学院发展现状,思考如何以科学发展观为指导,全面开创民族艺术教育新局面。

The scientific outlook on development has the very significance to the artistic education in universities for nationalities.Based on the meanings of the scientific outlook on development and the development status of the School of Arts in Southwest University for Nationalities,this article has discussed about how to promote the artistic education in universities for nationalities.
