实践教学是高等院校教学内容的重要组成部分,是实施应用型人才培养的重要环节。大庆师范学院化学化工学院积极研究探索,在实验、实习、实训等教学环节上改革创新,走校企联合培养应用型人才的办学道路。

Practice teaching is a very important part of teaching in applied model of higher education,which involves experiment,practice and training.Department of chemistry and chemical Engineering of Daqing Normal University probed and actively developed a practical education system,with characteristics of reinforcing practice teaching and training applied talents,and going along the Path of School-Enterprise Coalition.This paper summing up the important effect in practical talented cultivation,and proposes the establishment of quality supervision,and incentive mechanisms for improving teaching practice management system,strengthening teacher training.
