体外冲击波配合中药治疗尿路结石453例

Extracorporal Shock Wave Lithotripsy and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of 453 Urinary Calculi Patients

目的：研究体外冲击波碎石术（ＥＳＷＬ）配合中药治疗尿路结石的疗效。方法：采用ＥＳＷＬ前后配合中药治疗尿路结石４５３例，对其中体积较大、停留时间久的输尿管结石采取一些特殊技术措施施治。结果：１０ｄ内排尽率２３．２％，１月内排尽率５６．３％，总排石率９６．０３％。结论：在ＥＳＷＬ治疗前后辨证运用中药治疗尿路结石疗效显著、对提高碎石治疗适应症、减少副作用及并发症潜力很大。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ESWL on urinary stone,supported by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In 453 patients with urinary stone ESWL treatment was used with traditional Chinese medicine,while the large urethral stones of long duration were managed by specific methods.Results:The complete extraction rate was 23 2%within 10 days,56 3% within a month.The overal extraction rate was 96 03%.Conclusion:ESWL supported by traditional Chinese medicine is quite effective to urinary stones,these methods can widen the scope of treatment of urinary stone,reduce side effects and complications.
