An Exploration on Vocational Capacity-building Strategies and Approaches in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业能力是高职学生应获取的一种重要能力,它对有效地促进学生从业、生存、发展、创新和可持续发展等具有现实意义。培养高职院校学生的职业能力,可以采取目标策略、系统策略、渗透策略、评价策略,并通过优化课程体系、激发学生学习兴趣、加强实训基地建设、开展社会实践活动、采取灵活多样的教学方法、实施技术技能相结合的考评办法和革新教学管理等途径来培养。

Professional competence is an important ability for vocational students obtain,it has a practical significance for it can effectively promote students to become practitioners,survival,innovation and sustainable development.To cultivate college students＇ professional competence,we can take target strategy,systems strategy,penetration strategy,evaluation strategy and through optimizing the curriculum,stimulating students＇ interests in learning,strengthening the training base construction,carrying out social practical activities,adaptation of flexible teaching methods,implementing a combination of technical skills and evaluation ways of teaching management.
