摘要
高等职业院校肩负着培养专门人才,培养高素质劳动者的重任,随着知识经济时代的到来,高职院校要想生存与发展,完成重任,必须适应形势需要,转变原来的人事管理观念,将现代管理理论——人力资源开发与管理理论和实践运用到高等职业院校。文章通过对高职院校人力资源管理现状的分析,运用现代人力资源管理理论,探讨了高职院校人力资源管理的基本策略和正确处理好人力资源管理中的几个关系。
With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,vocational colleges must meet the needs of situation and change the original pe personnel onnel management idea for survival and development and finishing the important task,apply the modern management theory,the human resources development,management theory and practice,to the vocational colleges.Through analyzing the current situation of resource management in vocational colleges,this paper probed into the basic strategy of human resources management and several relations in human resources management using the modern human resources management theory.
