企业产学合作意愿制约因素及其对策研究

Study on the Restricting Factors and Measures of the Production-Study Cooperation Willingness of Company

"产学合作、工学结合"是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的方向。民营经济背景下的产学合作是一项双赢的举措,但是其合作意愿总是受到经济因素、社会因素和政治因素的制约。高职院校与企业要实现产学互利共赢的目的,政府应出台相应政策支持引导产学合作,学校要积极主动与企业洽谈产学合作,充分发挥社会中介组织的桥梁作用,从而提高产学合作效率。

Production-Study cooperation and study internship combination program is the direction of the vocational education reform and development in China.For the private economy,the Production-Study cooperation program is ＂win-to-win＂.This paper describes and analyzes the economic,social and political factors of its cooperation wiliness.Then,this paper suggests the government should put forward the responding policies to lead and support the Production-Study cooperation programs,to fulfill the mutual benefit between the higher vocational colleges and companies.And the college should also establish close contact with the company to promote the Production-Study cooperation,and play the active ＂in-between＂ role to improve the effectiveness of the Production-Study cooperation.
