高职生宿舍管理中存在的问题与思考

Thinking on Problems in Vocational Students Dormitory Management

目前高职生宿舍管理存在管理制度不够完善、思想政治教育力度不大、学生参与不多、宿舍文化引导不够等问题,学校应从完善宿舍管理制度、加强思想政治辅导员队伍建设、实现学生自我管理、加强宿舍文化建设等方面入手,切实加强宿舍管理,从而达到自我教育、自我管理和自我服务的目的。

Higher vocational students dormitory management lies a lot of problems as un-perfect management system,not much student participation,little efforts on ideological and political education,short of enough dorm cultural issues.We must strengthen dorm management by management system perfect,building up ideological and political counselors groups,achieving students＇ self-management,reinforcement of dormitories culture construction so as to achieve self-education,self-management and self-service.
