突发事件应对中志愿者权益的法律保护

On Volunteer's Legal Protection of Rights in Unexpected and Emergent Events

志愿者是我国突发事件应对中重要的社会力量。目前,他们在为社会提供公益服务的同时,自身的权益却未得到应有的重视和保护。为此,在法律制度建设方面,应尽快出台专门的志愿服务法,增加对突发事件中志愿者权益部分的特别规定,并健全相关配套法规。

Volunteers in China play an important role in unexpected and emergent events.Yet they haven＇t obtained so far due attention and protection for their own rights while providing public service.For this reason,we think it advisable,in the respect to build legal system,to formulate as quickly as possible special laws for voluntary service,giving special specifications for the volunteer＇s rights in unexpected and emergent events,and to perfect the building of related necessary laws and regulations.
