摘要
我国企业海外并购面临资金不足、人才匮乏、市场发育不良、法制不健全等诸多制约因素,必须积极引进并培养专门人才,拓宽海外融资渠道,加强对并购目标的调查研究等,以加快进行企业海外并购的战略升级。
Chinese enterprises overseas merger and acquisition is restricted by many factors： shortage of capital,scarcity of talented people,uncompleted market system,unsound legal system and etc.It needs actively to introduce and cultivate the specific,expand overseas financing channels and make more investigation of merger and acquisition targets for the rapid strategy upgrade of enterprises overseas merger and acquisition.
