摘要
制造业中小企业在生产经营中引入精益生产模式,可以提高企业竞争力,增强企业抗风险能力。企业在具备了人的因素和技术体系后,可以通过选定突破口、进行现场改善、稳定生产流程、实现拉动式生产等步骤实施精益生产。
Through the introduction of lean production,entrepreneurial firms in manufacturing businesses are able to improve their competitiveness and enhance their capacity to harbor from risks.With human capital and technical support in hand,firms could execute the idea of lean production through picking up balance-breaking point,improving floor management,stabilizing manufacturing procedures,and using pull production methods.
