Based on how to cultivate talents with high quality in engineering university,in the course of teaching Motor Drive and Control Technology,teachers should,on the one hand,reform teaching methods,and stimulate students＇ interests to promote teaching standard;on the other hand,reform experimental methods,let students to participate in experiment to improve their design ability and applied ability.
