摘要 汽车重心是影响汽车操纵稳定性、行驶平顺性及安全性的重要指标.介绍了汽车重心检测系统的原理及其软硬件结构设计方案.该方案以单片机C8051F005为核心对称重传感器数据进行检测采集,通过RS232将数据传送到上位机监测软件进行质心位置计算.试验结果表明,该系统具有硬件结构简单、容易实现和成本低等特点,且在实际应用中运行稳定,测量数据精确. Gravity center of automobile is an important index which affects vehicle handling stability,riding comfortability and security.This paper introduces the principle of gravity center detection system and its structural design scheme of software and hardware.The scheme takes MCU C8051F005 as core to carry out the acquisition of sensor data,then transfers it to the monitoring software on host computer and calculates the center of gravity.The test results indicate that this method have features such as simple hardware structure,easy to realize and low cost.In practical application,it runs stably and measurs data precisely.
