为了监控在途运营的危险品车辆,设计了一套危险品车辆在途监控预警系统.该设计主要包括系统构架、数据库设计、通信协议设计、系统功能等内容.该系统对危险化学品状态和运输车辆本身进行监测,实现对危险品车辆的实时定位、监控预警和碰撞、倾覆、超速等的状态监测,通过监控中心对报警的车辆进行应急处理,有效地遏制事故的发生.

In order to monitor intransit dangerous goods vehicles,a monitor and early warning system is designed,which includes system architecture,database design,communication protocol design,system function and so on.The states of dangerous chemicals and vehicle,such as collision,overturn and overspeed,can be monitored,achieving real-time locating,monitoring,early warning.Through the alarming vehicles being dealt with peremptorily by monitoring center,the accidents are restrained effectively.
