摘要
目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定前列舒通片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-0.033mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶60)为流动相;检测波长为425nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0388～0.7760μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.04%。结论:该法快速简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qianlie Shutong Tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods：The Diamonsil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and 0.033 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（40 ∶60） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 425 nm. Results：The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride was at 0.038 8-0.776 0 μg,the average recovery was 100.3% with a RSD of 2.04%. Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of berberine hydrochloride in Qianlie Shutong Tablets.
