摘要
目的:研究金银忍冬中多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验确定各因素的影响大小,确定金银忍冬中多糖的最佳提取条件,用水提醇沉方法提取多糖,苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果:温度对金银忍冬多糖提取影响作用最大,金银忍冬多糖的最佳提取工艺:温度为90℃;提取3次,3h/次。结论:该研究可为金银忍冬多糖工业化提取提供理论依据。
Objective：To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in Lonicera Maackii. Methods：The content of polysaccharide was determined by water extracting-alcohol precipitateing and phenol-concentrated sulphuric acid. The influence of each factor was measured by orthogonal experiment. Results：The temperature had the greatest effect on the ex traction of polysaccharide. The optimal condition was as follows：90℃,and extraction 3 times（3 h each time） . Conclusion：This study provides the theory basis for the industrial production.
