局麻下囊内复位手术并塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效

Efficacy of intracapsular reset surgery and plastic stretch splint on the treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures under local anesthesia

目的:总结囊内复位手术并塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗效果,评价此术在骨折愈合中的作用。方法:选择2007年1月～2010年1月我科收治的32例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者,采用囊内复位手术并塑性弹力夹板进行治疗,术后进行早期功能锻炼,随访时间为4～24个月。结果:32例患者均经过腕关节功能及X线片测量指标进行综合评定:优24例,良5例,中2例,差1例,优良率为90.6%。结论:囊内复位手术并塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折具有操作简单、价格便宜、患者痛苦小、固定可靠、复位愈合早、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To sum up the efficacy of intracapsular reset surgery and plastic stretch splint on the treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures under local anesthesia and appraise the affection in fracture healing. Methods：32 cases of patients with comminuted distal radius fractures from January 2007 to January 2010 in our department,were treated with intracapsular reset surgery and plastic stretch splint under local anesthesia,to do postoperative functional training early,and follow-up 4-24 months. Results：32 patients had to undergo a wrist function and X-ray measurement of indicators for integrated assessment：excellent for 24 cases,good for 5 cases,mid for 2 cases and bad for 1 case,the fine rate was 90.6%. Conclusion：Intracapsular reset operation and elastic plastic splint treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures with a simple,cheap and pain in patients with small,fixed and reliable reset early healing and fewer complications should be popularized.
