摘要
玻璃是典型的易冲击破坏的脆性材料,粘贴薄膜可以有效地提高玻璃试件的抗冲击能力.为了分析贴膜对玻璃试件抗冲击能力的影响,通过冲击设备对多组不同类型的贴膜玻璃试件进行了冲击试验,利用高速摄影仪获得圆锤下落影像,计算得出冲击耗能的变化,并对玻璃试件在冲击载荷作用下的破坏现象进行了分析.
Glass is a kind of typical brittle material being used widely but easily damaged. The paste film can enhance the materials' impact resistance. For different types of glass specimens, the impact experiment has been done with the drop hammer and its equipment. The velocities of dropping hammer at special point have been figured out by high-speed photography, and the changes of impact energy were obtained from the data. The destruction phenomenon of the glass specimen under the impact loading was analyzed. The influence of pasting films was investigated on the glass property under different impacting angles.
