摘要
利用毫米波段电磁 波治疗疾病的方法称为毫米波疗法(millimeter wave therapy)。毫米波对生物组织作用的机制有以下几个学说:谐振学说、声电波学说、场力学说、超导电性学说、半导电性学说等,其中谐振学说已得到较普遍的承认。毫米波生物学作用的途径有:神经体液途径、经络途径等。毫米波生物学作用的规律是多样的,频率-效应规律导致毫米波对不同深度、不同类型组织产生不同效应;强度-效应规律导致毫米波的生物学效应有一定的强度阈值;时间、频次-效应规律使得毫米波治疗的持续时间和间隔时间对于疗效有着重要影响。毫米波的生物学效应目前发现对于循环系统、血液系统、免疫功能、皮肤、眼睛、细胞和微生物、生殖器官、神经系统、肿瘤、胚胎等方面较明显。经过临床实践,目前毫米波疗法的适应证有溃疡病、幽门螺杆菌感染、高血压、缺血性心脏病、慢性支气管炎、类风湿性关节炎、创伤、软组织炎症及损伤、脊椎病、面神经炎、脑瘫、妇科炎症、肿瘤、放化疗后骨髓抑制等。本文最后简介了毫米波治疗设备及治疗方法(包括治疗剂量、操作步骤、注意事项)。
Millimeter wave thera-
py is a kind of therapy in which millimeter wave band electromagnetic wave is utilized to treat diseases. There are some theories explaining the mechanism of millimeter wave' s effect on biologic tissues such as theory of resonanoe, theory of sound-like electromagnetic wave, theory of field power, theory of superconductivity and theory of semiconductivity. The theory of resonance has been recognized prevalently. The biologic acting way of millimeter wave that has been found is nerve-humour way and Jing Luo way. The law of millimeter wave' s biologic effect is variable: the frequency -effect law makes millimeter wave having different effect on tissues relevant to different depth or type; intensity-effect law makes millimeter wave' s effect having a certain threshold; time -interval -effect law makes the treating time and interval time of millimeter wave therapy having important affection on the cu-rative effect. Presently we have known the millimeter wave's biologic effect is obvious on circulatory system, blood system, im-mune function, derma, eyes, cells and mi-crobe, genital organs, nervous system, tu-
mor and embryo. Presently the available indi-cations of millimeter vvave therapy are peptic ulcer, pyloric helicobacteria infection, hyper-tension, ischemic heart disease, chronic bronchitis, rheumatoid arthritis, trauma, soft tissue inflammation and injury, vertebral disease, facial neuritis, cerebral palsy, gyneco-logical inflammation, tumor, medulla sup-pression after radio-chemotherapy.
