摘要
本文的主要研究工作是以医院信息系统的临床信息为数据源,在获取患者出院后相关信息的随访跟踪基础上,以决策支持系统的模式,构建半自动化的、基于随访跟踪的手术疗效分析平台——OEAP,为临床、教学、科研提供疗效分析,辅助医生更好地选择手术治疗方案。OEAP的设计,是将随访跟踪获取的病患出院后的信息,与患者在住院期间,医院信息系统中的相关病历信息及医嘱信息有机结合,利用数据挖掘技术进行数据预处理,形成相应医嘱序列、治疗方案,构建相应知识库,以生存率权重优先,提供可选择的治疗方案序列,以支持医护人员的决策。
In this article,we use the clinical information as research data.We design the Hospital Follow-up System by which we could get the relative data.The operation effect analysis platform——a semi-auto clinical decision-support system is constructed based on the follow-up system.The platform This platform could offer the doctors effect analysis.Thereby the best operation scheme is chosen.The OEAP is designed to collect information of the patients who have leave hospitals.All the data is being combined with the EMR.All the data is being pretreated to form doctor′s advice sequence and therapeutic scheme.Therapeutic scheme repository is constructed.
