摘要
本文报道利用直流辉光放电正柱区产生的等离子体对兔毛进行表面改性,并用这原理研制了工业生产设备,进行了工业性生产试验。试验表明,兔毛处理后纤维摩擦系数显著提高,兔毛的纺纱性能明显改善,减少兔毛织物的缩水率、掉毛率,提高纺纱过程的制成率及纱线强度和染色上色率。该技术和设备还可用于其他纺织材料和织物的表面改性。
This paper deals with the surface modification of rabbit hair using plasma produced by DC glow positive col- umn. An industrial equipment and experiments in industrial production are developed. The results show that after treatment the friction coefficient of fiber is increased markedly, the spinning characteristics of rabbit hair improves notably, the shrinkage and the rate of falling off hair from fabrics are reduced, the yield of finished products in spin- ning process and the strength of yarn and dye-uptake are increased. This technology and equipment also can be used for the surface modification for other textiles
