浅谈企业环境行为信息公开化

Talking about Information Disclosure of Corporate Environmental Behavior

阐述了企业环境行为信息公开化制度的基本概念及包含的内容,并简要叙述了该制度的发展历程。分析了该制度如何实施及目前实施过程中存在的问题并提出了解决对策,着重谈了企业环境行为信息公开化对防范信贷风险、保护环境、循环经济发展及公众参与环保决策的重要意义。

In this paper,the basic concepts and contained contents of information disclosure system of corporate environmental behavior were introduced and a brief description of the system development process was given.How to implement the system and the current problems in the implementation process were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.The important significance of information disclosure of corporate environmental behavior in guarding against credit risk,protecting the environment,recycling economy development and public participation in environmental decision-making was focused on.
