甘蔗优异种质资源的搜集、筛选和创新利用研究

Collection, Selection and Creative Utilizsitionof the Superior Germplusm Resources

从世界各地搜集甘蔗种质资源500份，从中筛选10份综合性状优异的割手密无性系和10份具有特异性状的甘蔗种质资源。筛选80份优异的种质资源供诱导开花、创新利用研究。甘蔗有性杂交获得初步成效，培育出特高糖的闽糖91／22－1、高生物量的闽蔗92／117、综合性状优异的闽糖92／22－5及一些中间材料。地方果蔗和中国种的竹蔗诱导开花成功并进行有性杂交，创造了新的血缘的甘蔗新材料。

10 superior S. SPortaneum with good character and 10 germplasm resource withspecial character have been selected from 500 clones collected from all over theworld, and 80 good germplasm resources of them have been selected to flower and creatnew materials. The initial effect has been got in breeding and selecting Mintang 91/22-1 with higher sucrose content, Minzhe 92/117 with high biological yield, Mintang92/22-5 with superior characters and some intermediate materials. Lang race and S.sinense have been induced to flower and cross, and created new materials with theirrelations.
