表麻下显微斜视矫正术临床疗效分析

The Clinical Result Analyze of Misrosurgical Squint Correction by Topical Anesthesia

目的探讨表麻下显微斜视矫正术临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法 ,分析我院收治的斜视患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组的手术时间和术中出血量均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;2组患者术后6周临床疗效明显高于术后2周,同时观察组的临床疗效均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后2、6周同时视物功能建立情况均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论表麻下显微斜视矫正术创伤小、术中出血量少,临床疗效明显,术后同时视物功能建立效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach the clinical result of misrosurgical Squint correction by topical anesthesia.Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of strabismus patients in our hospital, which was divided into detection group and control group.Results The operation time and hemorrhage amount were lower than control group,P〈0.05;The clinical result of two groups patients after 6 weeks higher than 2 weeks,and the clinical result of detection group was higher than control group,P〈0.05; The function of watching body in establishment of detection group after 2 week、6 week, which was better than control group, P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion The injury little、hemorrhage amount little,the clinical result well, the function of watching body in establishment was good after operation,which was to be used.
