固态发酵法白酒糟深加工成饲料商品的思考

Processing Commodity Fodder with the Distiller′s Grains in the Production of Liquor by Solid Fermentation

目前我国饲料用粮占粮食产量的２３％左右，白酒糟经过深加工作饲料，一个万吨厂每年可节约饲料粮万吨以上。同时可增加酿酒企业的经济效益。论述了其必要性，以及加工生产中的问题，并对饲料加工厂的布局提出了见解。

In present the quantity of grains used for fodder is about 23% of the total grain yield in our country.The distiller′s grains could be deeply processed into fodder,a distillery which has the production capacity of ten thousand tons liquor could save over ten thousand tons grain for fodder and increase the economic benefit of the distillery.The necessity and the problem in processing were described.An idea of the plant for fodder was suggested.
