31例老年慢性肾功能不全急性加重临床分析

Sharp deterioration of chronic senile kidney function deficiency： a clinical analysis of 31 cases.

目的了解导致老年慢性肾功能不全急性加重的因素，探讨其防治及护理措施。方法回顾性分析2007年1月。2009年12月笔者所在科室收治的31例慢性肾功能不全急性加重的老年患者的，临床资料。结果老年慢性肾功能不全急性加重的因素包括感染15例，水电解质紊乱7例，药物相关6例，血压波动剧烈2例，上消化道出血1例。结论引起老年慢性肾功能不全急性加重的因素是多方面的，包括感染、水电解质紊乱、药物等。，有效的控制原发病，积极预防和治疗诱发加重因素，是延缓老年慢性肾功能不全进展的重要措施。

Objective To find out the factors that leads to sharp deterioration of chronic senile kidney function deficiency,and probe preventive and nursing measures. Methods Retrospective analyse the clinic data of patients with sharp deterioration of chronic senile kidney function deficiency, who are treated in our department from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2009. Results the factors that leads to sharp deterioration of chro- nic senile kidney function deficiency include infections （ 15 cases ）, hydro - electrolyte unbalance （ 7cases）, Drug - related factors （ 6 cases ）, vio- lent fluctuation of blood pressure （2 cases）, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage （ 1 cases）. Conclusion Infections, hydro - electrolyteunbalance, drug - related factors, etc. can lead to sharp deterioration of chronic senile kidney function deficiency. Controlling the primary desease, searching and eliminating the reversible inducements are the important measures to retard the evolvement of the desease.
