摘要
目的分析和总结老年胃癌根治全胃切除术的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007年8月～2009年12月手术治疗116例65岁以上老年胃癌中行全胃切除术的患者的临床资料。结果行全胃切除术较近端或远端胃大部切除术在术前准备，术后并发症的发生率及患者术后进食时间、营养状况等无明显差别。结论老年胃癌行全胃切除，术前严格掌握手术适应证和积极做好围手术期处理。手术方式是安全可行的且治疗效果好。
Objective To summarize the experiment of total gastrectomy for the senile patients with gastric cancer. Methods Retro- spective analysis of 116 cases admitted from 2007 to 2009 were treated by total gastrectomy. Results The difference of preoperative preparation, postoperative complication rate, postopeartive feeding time and nutritional status among total gastrectomy, proximal gastrectomy and distal gastrec- tomy had no statistical significcance. Conclusion Total gastrectomy is feasible, safe and more efiective approach for senile patients with gastric cancer.
