摘要
目的研究盘内高浓度盘外低浓度注射医用三氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法126例腰椎间盘突出症患者经盘内50~60μg/mL的臭氧20~40mL,盘外注射浓度为30~40pg/mL的臭氧10~20mL;术后通过改良的Macnab方法对其治疗效果进行评价。结果病例随访10~12个月,平均10.5个月,根据改良的Macnab方法评价,其中优95例(75.4%),良26例(20.6%),可5例(4%),差0例。总有效率达到100%,优良率为96%。结论盘内高浓度盘外低浓度注射臭氧是一种新的治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手段,它有着安全、创伤小、优良率高、费用低、患者恢复快等优点,值得推广。
Objective To study the disc tray outside the high concentration of medical injection of low concentration of ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical value. Methods 126 patients with lumbar disc herniation patients who were in - tray 80 - 90 μg/mL ozone in 20 - 40 mL, set outside the injection of a concentration of 35 - 50 μg/mL ozone in 10 - 20 mL; after the adoption of improved Macnab Methods to evaluate its therapeutic effect. The total effective rate reached 100%, good rate of 96%. Conclusion The disk drive within the high concentration outside the in- jection of low concentration of ozone is a new means of treatment of lumbar disc herniation, it has a safe, less traumatic, excellent high rate,low cost, rapid recovery of patients, etc, are worth promoting.
