摘要
目的观察丹红注射液治疗眩晕症的疗效和安全性。方法将笔者所在医院2007年-2009年门诊和住院眩晕症患者120例，随机分为两组：治疗组60例，给予丹红注射液30mL加入5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注，每日1次；对照组60例，给予盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液250mL，静脉滴注，每日1次；两组疗程均为14d，观察临床症状改善程度及副作用。结果丹红注射液治疗眩晕症总有效率93．3％，明显高于对照组76．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液为治疗眩晕症的有效药物，疗效高于盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液。
Objective To research the effect and safety of Danhong injection on vertigo. Methods Divided the 120 patients into 2 groups from 2007 - 2009 in our hospital. Treatment group：who were given Danhong injection 30 mL combined with 5% Glucose injection intravenous once a day. Control group：who were given Betahistine hydrochloride injection 250 mL intravenous once a day, 14 days a period. To research the clinical effect and side effect. Results Danhong injection had an effect ratio 93.3%, which was more effective than it 76. 7% of Betahistine hydrochloride injection group. Conclusion Danhong injection has a more remarkable effect on Vertigo than Betahistine chloride injection.
