基层医院设备管理策略初探

Solutions of equipment management in primary hospitals.

现代医学的迅猛发展，很大程度是因为医疗设备水平的提高，基层医院由于设备管理、技术人员水平的局限，导致设备闲置浪费或过早报废，已经制约了医院的进一步发展。通过分析基层医院在设备管理方面现状，初步探讨了加强设备管理的一些措施和对策。

The rapid development of modem medical science lies mainly in the improvement of the medical equipment. However, the e- quipments of the primary hospitals are not fully used due to the limitations of the management and personnel, which in turn has constrained the development of the hospitals. This article discusses the measures and solutions to be taken in regards of improving the equippment management by means of analysing the status quo of the equippment management in primary hospitals.
